Key client stakeholder’s complete behavioural assessment questionnaire on the type of candidate they are looking for.
These profiles are compared and discussed, to ensure alignment and agreement on the desired profile before the search begins.
Candidates who are to be interviewed by Principal People are then put through our internal assessment and a report is produced.
The full report is sent to the client, including job fit for interview guide which highlights particular areas we recommend further.
