What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting fire risk assessments, audits, and inspections across a wide housing portfolio
- Identifying and communicating remedial actions clearly and accurately
- Contributing to a high-performing team of Fire Risk Assessors
- Offering expert advice internally and externally on fire safety best practices
- A minimum of 2 years’ fire safety experience (housing sector experience is a plus)
- Accreditation via IFSM (or willingness to gain it)
- NEBOSH Fire Certificate / IFE / equivalent qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
