What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading the charge to evolve and enhance the safety management system.
  • Designing and delivering practical, people-first H&S procedures and training.
  • Using data and KPIs to drive smarter, results-focused performance.
  • Owning and optimising our health & safety IT solutions.
  • Overseeing strategic planning, auditing, and contractor compliance.
  • Creating engaging campaigns to boost safety awareness across all audiences.
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Brings hands-on experience in developing and delivering strategic H&S initiatives.
  • Works seamlessly across teams, leading with influence not just process.
  • Communicates clearly, authentically, and effectively at every level.
  • Holds a Level 6 Health & Safety qualification and CertIOSH membership.
  • Has a full UK driving licence to stay connected across sites.
